DELIVERY OPTIONS

Delivery Scheduling
Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and geographic location.
Once a delivery is scheduled, we begin preparing your order 1–2 days prior to the scheduled date. At that time, no changes can be made to your order.
Orders must be paid in full or approved for financing by 5:00 p.m. two (2) business days prior to your scheduled delivery.

Delivery Requirements

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ITEMS WARRANTED

The following issues are covered for one (1) year from the date of delivery or pick-up:

Reattachment of buttons or trim that have pulled loose
Exceptions: Upholstery fabric is not covered for wear, shrinkage, fading, pilling, or tearing.
Bedroom, Dining Room, and Occasional Tables
In-shop repairs will be made for any defect in materials or workmanship (excluding finishes) that appears within one (1) year of the delivery or pick-up date.
Mattresses and Foundations
Warranty service will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s written warranty. Please retain all original paperwork and law tags to process warranty claims.
Outdoor (Patio) Furniture
Covered under the individual manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary by brand.
GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
Coverage begins on the date the merchandise is delivered or picked up.
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and normal residential use.
Transportation and delivery fees for warranty service are not included and may incur additional charges.

The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) requires certain businesses to disclose efforts to ensure their supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.

Share our values regarding fair and safe working conditions,

Although we do not conduct formal third-party audits of all vendors, we do:
Evaluate suppliers based on reputation, certifications, and conduct,
Retain the right to discontinue relationships with vendors who violate ethical sourcing standards,
Educate our team members to remain alert to potential red flags in the supply chain.
As a small business, we may not meet the thresholds of large corporate reporting, but we believe in transparency and support efforts to eliminate human trafficking and slavery in all forms.
DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65
California Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires businesses to provide warnings when their products may expose individuals to chemicals known by the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
