From time to time, we may offer price discounts, coupons, loyalty/rewards benefits, or other incentives (“Incentives”) in exchange for Personal Data (e.g., email or phone number) through loyalty programs or one-time promotions (collectively, “Programs”). The material terms will be presented at sign-up. Participation is optional, and you may withdraw at any time (see “Exercising Your Rights”).

We use provided information to personalize discounts, offers, and marketing. The value of Personal Data is reasonably related to the value of the Incentives and considers factors such as the cost to collect/maintain data, anticipated revenue, and program performance. By participating, you agree the benefits are reasonably related to the value of your data.

Note: If you do not currently offer a rewards or branded credit card program, you may remove or hide this section until such programs launch.

Categories collected: identifiers/biographical information, commercial information, payment information, internet or other electronic network activity (device/usage data), general geolocation, and visual information (e.g., in-store video). Sources include you, your devices, analytics providers, and our service providers.

Disclosures for business purposes (past 12 months): contact information, commercial information, payment information, and, where applicable, financing-related identifiers (shared with service providers such as payment processors, financing partners, delivery/logistics, IT, security, marketing/analytics).

“Sale”/“Share”: we do not sell Personal Data in the conventional sense. We may allow advertising/analytics partners to collect information via cookies and similar technologies; you can opt-out via our Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information link or browser settings.

Business/commercial purposes: provide services; research and development; marketing and promotions; security and safety; communications; and legal compliance.

California “Shine the Light” (Civil Code §1798.83): California residents may request a list of third parties to whom we disclosed Personal Data for their direct marketing in the prior calendar year, and the categories of Personal Data disclosed. Children

Our products and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us Personal Data without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
